Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water is a toner that will give your skin the revitalization it needs to look youthful. Ginseng root water, root, and berry extracts help to heal and protect your skin while niacinamide brightens and sodium hyaluronate provides hydration.
After cleansing, add a few drops of the toner on a cotton ball or on your fingertips and gently dab it into your face for absorption.
