This disclaimer is to provide full transparency and protection for Asian Beauty Essentials against reviews solicited or unsolicited that were added to our site. 

If you have received a product for free, for a discounted, or because you're an affiliate, it is your responsibility to disclose this in any reviews you write or post on Asian Beauty Essentials website or any other properties.

Read every review with a grain of salt. These are personal opinions on the products we carry that you may agree or disagree with. These reviews may be biased, may be written after a not so good, very unfortunate day, or may be something that 

Submission of Reviews and Other User Content


Where allowed on the Site, users or other persons may submit reviews, articles, comments, contest entries and other Content to the Site or users may offer or disclose Content, ideas or other materials to Asian Beauty Essentials in connection with the Site (each such submission, offer or disclosure being a "Submission") . If you choose to submit such Content, you agree not to use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead any Asian Beauty Essentials Party or any App user as to the origin of any such Content.  You agree, represent and warrant that any Submissions submitted by you will be accurate and will not violate these Terms or Conditions, any applicable law or regulation or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s) and will not cause injury to any person or entity.  You agree, represent and warrant that you have the authority to make all Submissions submitted by you and to grant the rights and licenses described herein with respect to all such Submissions. You further agree, represent and warrant that no Submission submitted by you will be or contain libelous, unlawful, false, misleading, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, racist, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, indecent, offensive, abusive or obscene material or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial, survey, research or other solicitations, bulk communications, chain letters, advertising, commercial offers, mass mailings or any form of “spam”. 

Asian Beauty Essentials has the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit, move or remove any activity, Content or Submission on the Site. However, Asian Beauty Essentials does not regularly review Submissions, and is entitled to presume that all Submissions comply with these Terms of Use.

Asian Beauty Essentials does not acquire title or other ownership rights in or to any Submission made by you. However, you agree that by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or otherwise submitting, offering or disclosing a Submission you are: (1) unconditionally granting Asian Beauty Essentials, its affiliates and sublicensees permission, without compensation to you or any third party, to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses (including, without limitation, the Site), including, without limitation, the transferable, non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, excerpt, distribute, disclose, transmit, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), publish, reproduce, edit, create derivative works from, translate, reformat, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt your Submission in any manner, for any purpose, without restriction and in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed and to use and publish in connection with your Submission your name, image, and other personal information, to the extent submitted by you in connection with your Submission; and (2) unconditionally granting to each user of the Site a non-exclusive license to access your Submission through the Site and to tag, rate, review, comment on, use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Submission as permitted through the functionality of the Site and under these Terms of Use. To the extent any right you may have in or relating to any Submission cannot be licensed to Asian Beauty Essentials or its affiliates under any applicable law or under any legal theory, you hereby irrevocably waive any and all such rights, including without limitation rights of publicity, rights of privacy, trademark rights, trade secret rights, patent rights, copyright rights and "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials. Asian Beauty Essentials is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Submissions in confidence; (2) to treat any Submission or the ideas therein as proprietary; (3) to pay to you or any person or entity any compensation for any Submissions; or (4) to use, return, or respond to any Submissions.

 

Guidelines for Product Reviews

Reviews are intended to help customers make informed decisions about products. In order to make your Reviews as useful as possible, we encourage you to follow the guidelines below when writing a review:

  • To ensure that product reviews reflect actual Asian Beauty Essentials products and their use, customers can only write product reviews for products they have purchased from Asian Beauty Essentials using the same Asian Beauty Essentials account.
  • Please do not write Reviews to address order-related enquiries or issues. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@asianbeautyessentials.com
  • Focus on the product and your individual experience in your review. Explain why you like or dislike the product, and be as clear as possible. The more detailed you are, the more helpful your review will be to readers.
  • Recommended review length is 275-2,500 characters (50-300 words) in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Italian.
  • Minimum review length is 60 characters including spaces in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Italian. Reviews shorter than the indicated minimum will not be accepted.
  • Complete every mandatory area of the review form. Partially completed forms will not be processed.
  • You can upload images to support your product reviews. A maximum of 4 images can be uploaded per review. You must own the rights to any images that you upload to YesStyle.com.
  • Please upload images in the following file formats and size: GIF, JPG or PNG sized 10MB or less.
  • You can upload images from your Instagram account by providing an Instagram post link or URL. Our system will store the link you provided. You must own the rights to any Instagram images that you upload to AsianBeautyEssentials.com. You can find the link to the post by clicking on the three dots in the right corner of your post. Then clicking on 'copy link'.
  • You can provide a link to a YouTube video to support your Product Review. Please provide the YouTube URL you would like to link when submitting your review. We require that any videos you submit to AsianBeautyEssentials.com be less than 5 minutes in length. Videos longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted or published. You must own the rights to any YouTube videos that you submit.
  • Valid reviews only need to be submitted once. Most reviews will be automatically approved and published. If your review is not published automatically, it is possible that it did not meet our Review Submission Guidelines for one or more of the below reasons, or was in conflict with our Terms of Use. Also, reviews will not be accepted if the review is submitted 12 months after the order containing the reviewed item was fulfilled.
  • All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use.
  • Asian Beauty Essentials reserves the right to remove any reviews, or to change these Review Guidelines, without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, Asian Beauty Essential’s decision is final.

Reviews including the following may not be processed:

  • Rewards Codes or Rewards Links in either text or image format. 
  • Curses, obscenities or profanity.
  • Sexual content such as nudity or sexually explicit images or video.
  • Reviews under the minimum character limit.
  • Videos longer than 5 minutes.
  • Comments responding to other reviews or reviewers. People want to hear your opinion about a product, not about other reviews.
  • Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites.
  • Off-topic discussion. Please stay on topic!
  • Availability, price or alternative ordering information for any products.
  • Phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, IM numbers, or URLs.
  • HTML comments.

If you choose to submit a review, you agree that your submission be disclosed and shared to any websites owned and operated by AsianBeautyEssentials.com and Mongoose Media LLC.
