Q: How young is too young to start skincare?

Q: Do I have to follow a 10-step skincare routine to see results?

No at all! The idea of skincare is creating a ritual that’s perfect for you, so there isn’t anything like a perfect regimen. If you have enough time to perform a 10-step skincare routine, that’s awesome! But, don’t beat yourself if you can’t afford to do it. 

Instead, you can follow a 3-step regimen (cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen), a 5-step routine, or even start adding products depending on your skincare needs.

Q: Do I have to use a specific type of product if I’m a male?

Skincare doesn’t discriminate, so all of our products are amazing no matter the gender! Unlike popular beliefs, men still need to take care of their skin if they want to keep looking young and radiant.

Orders and Returns

Q: Once I order, can I make changes to it?

As soon as your order is placed, our skincare fairies start processing it to ship it within the next 24 hours. Sadly, this means it’s not possible to change your order once it’s placed

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

Once your order is placed, and you need to cancel, you must reach out ASAP. Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled. However, we offer a return policy once your order arrives at the desired destination. 

Q: What is your return policy?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. After your order arrives, you have up to 7 days to get in touch with us. Then, you have up to 30 days after your initial purchase to send us back the product.

Q: Can I exchange a product for another if I don’t like it?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges from one product to another. However, we do offer returns. If there’s an issue with the product you received, start our return process and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q: Can I make an international return?

Of course! We have a 30-day return policy. After your order arrives, you have up to 7 days to get in touch with us. Then, you have up to 30 days after your initial purchase to send us back the product.

Q: If an item I ordered was damaged in transit, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us an email to with your order number and an image of the damaged item, our skincare fairies will happy to help you out.

Q: If an item I ordered is missing, what should I do?

Shoot! Contact us right away at Occasionally products may be missing because the inventory is unavailable, but you should receive a refund prior to those products arriving at your home.

Q: How can I track my order?

All orders are provided with a tracking code. If you need help tracking it, please reach out to with your order number (it starts with ABE) and we'll help sort this for you.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q: What currencies do you accept?

All orders are charged in USD ($). Any discrepancies in the amount charged will be due to the conversion rate at the time of processing.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping within the U.S. territory for orders over $40. 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of ordering. Typically it is within 24 hours after your purchase, however, there are some Federal Holidays when the post office may be closed which extends that turnaround time.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive if I’m in the U.S.?

We process the majority of our orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:30 pm EST from Monday to Friday are shipped out the same day. Typically shipping takes 2-5 business days from the USPS.
